These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LiquorPOS applications and website at liquorpos.aravir.in (the “Service”), provided by Aravir Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is business software for liquor retailers. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for holding all licences and permissions required to operate your business, and for using the Service in compliance with all applicable excise and other laws. LiquorPOS is a tool to help you keep records; it does not provide legal, tax or compliance advice, and you remain responsible for your statutory filings and returns.

2. Accounts & security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account and the users you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscription, trial & payment

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis at ₹499 per shop, per month, inclusive of GST, as described on our Pricing page.
• New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial.
• After the trial, subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees. Prices may change on prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, access data that is not yours, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, use it unlawfully, or upload content you have no right to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including any customer data.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, and it is designed to keep working offline and sync when reconnected. However, the Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and update features.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your business data), is owned by Aravir Technologies Private Limited and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy and the account deletion page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
