Billing questions
What does “per shop” mean?
You pay ₹499 per month for each liquor shop / outlet you run in LiquorPOS. Users within a shop — owners, managers and supervisors — are included at no extra cost, and there are no per-terminal or per-device fees.
Is GST included?
Yes. The ₹499 price is inclusive of GST. Your tax invoice is available after each payment.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment is taken during the trial. If you don't continue, nothing is charged.
How do I pay?
Payments are collected securely online through Razorpay, our payment processor. We support the cards, UPI and net-banking options that Razorpay offers. LiquorPOS never sees or stores your full card details.
Can I cancel? Do I get a refund?
You can cancel anytime; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your data remains available while your subscription is active. You can export it, and you can delete your account and data at any time — see Delete your account.
