Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for LiquorPOS subscriptions, provided by Aravir Technologies Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Free trial

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment is taken during the trial. If you decide LiquorPOS isn't right for you, simply don't continue — you will not be charged.

2. Subscription & billing

After the trial, LiquorPOS is billed in advance at ₹499 per shop, per month (inclusive of GST). Each payment covers the upcoming billing period, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Because a free trial lets you evaluate the Service in full before any payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or for time you did not use after cancelling.

We do, however, want you to be treated fairly. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund where required by law, or in cases such as a duplicate or incorrect charge, or a proven billing error on our part.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@aravir.in from your account email with the subject line “Refund request”, your registered email and the transaction details. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
